a quick trip to paris #TourdeSnark

Some people may think it’s crazy that I went to Paris for just about 5 hours because that’s what I did. I spent more time on trains and trams that day than in the actual city but it was still worth it. I got to hang out with lovely people, all of whom from the internet, and I fell in love with yet another city. Not sure if you can still keep count but I know I can’t.

I may have even enjoyed Paris more than London (pssst, don’t tell bestfriendboy I said that) despite this being a trip in a couple of years where I understood the least in terms of native language and all. That’s why walking around Paris with two Parisians was so great. I didn’t have to watch where I was going and instead could marvel at the space around me.

This was the second time (read about the first one here) I met up with people from the internet and again I had a blast and I wish I could have stayed longer; talked more with all of them but stupid real life was interfering with that. Instead I unlocked my Paris travel adventure achievement with the promise to return and get on top of the Eiffel Tower. Even the view from the second floor was amazing but I’m sure the top is even more spectacular.

There was something very surreal about being at work on Monday morning being able to say you were just on the Eiffel Tower yesterday meeting up with friends from various countries of the world.*mind blown*

And in case these pictures weren’t enough, I also made a vlog about the Tour de Snark because all of us being tweeters/bloggers/vloggers it seemed more than appropriate. I can’t think of any great things that I haven’t already said in the vlog so you should definitely watch it because I’m really fond of it.

I’m so jealous. These really are the type of reunions I like. I say reunion cause it really is like meeting up with old friends!

Yep, it’s like meeting up with old friends which is where the beauty lies. It is pretty amazing!
